FUNDRAISER GENERAL RULES
Raising money for your non-profit organization is easy and fun when you host your event with The Art Bar Studio. Event dates are scheduled in the order they are received. Once a date is confirmed and fundraiser contract agreement signed, we will create a campaign flyer and post a public event page with a direct link for your supporters to sign up. Then it's up to you to get those tickets sold and spread the word! There are no physical tickets to sell and all payment transactions are handled through our online registration system. Donations are sent out after the event date and campaign ends.

HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1:
Contact The Art Bar Studio to confirm a date for your fundraiser.
STEP 2:
Submit contract, then choose a painting.
STEP 3:
Publicize your fundraiser campaign and sell tickets.
STEP 4:
Once the campaign has ended, your organization receives the donation.
